CareOregon offers its employees a competitive benefit package that includes:
- Medical and dental coverage
Employee premiums paid 90 percent.
Qualified dependents’ premiums paid 60 percent.

No additional premium for employee.
- Life and accident insurance
Premium paid in full by CareOregon.
Pays an equivalent of the employee’s yearly wages, up to $50,000.
- Additional group life insurance
Optional supplement to life insurance plan.

- Comprehensive disability insurance
Employer paid plan pays qualified employees up to 60 percent of wages.
Short-term disability covers up to 13 weeks.
