CareOregon’s Pharmacy team is pleased to host MEDS Ed, now in its 4th year.
Guest Speaker Dr. Andrew Mendenhall, Central City Concern
MEDS Ed is an ongoing education series for health care professionals involved in direct patient care at community clinics. These sessions examine disease states that highly impact patient quality of life, require complex management and may lead to increased emergency department visits and inpatient stays.
Sessions are free and typically include CME credit. Past sessions are video recorded and available on our MEDS Ed webpage. These include topics such as hypertension, transitions of care, pain and trauma and motivational interviewing. Recent videos of sessions including Care of the Transgender Individual and Effective Substance Use Treatment will be posted in the weeks to come.
