CareOregon GoMobileOur goMobile clinics are pop-up-style clinics in or near downtown Portland. They’re open to anyone who wants to drop in. The goMobile effort offers a variety of social supports and practical one-on-one guidance with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and more.

Additional health and social services that we and our partners provide:

  • Make appointments with primary care providers and coordinate medical, dental and mental health care and appointments.
  • Contact OHP and other coordinated care organizations to order replacement member ID cards and update addresses, phone numbers and other information, when needed.
  • Identify high-needs clients and offer individualized information, service referrals and care coordination on the spot.
  • Check eligibility for Medicare, answer questions and facilitate enrollment.
  • Arrange medical transportation and night stays at shelters if needed.
Lifeline Phone Program

Eligible members can get FREE health support with FREE mobile phone service from Assurance Wireless, a Lifeline service provider.

We want to help you stay connected! As a member or a guardian of one of our health plans, you may get FREE health support on your mobile phone when you qualify for FREE mobile phone service from Assurance Wireless under the federal Lifeline Assistance program.

Lifeline Assistance is a government assistance program and is non-transferable. Enrollment is available to individuals who qualify based on federal or state-specific eligibility criteria. You may qualify based on household income or if you or a member of your household participates in certain public assistance programs. You may need to provide proof of income or proof of program participation. The Lifeline Assistance program is available for only one wireless or wireline account per household.
