For years, CareOregon has been honored to partner with the Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) and Oregon’s nine federally recognized Tribes to support the health and well-being of Native communities. We’ve worked alongside NAYA to invest in programs that provide culturally responsive care, reinforce self-sovereignty and ensure access to essential health services.
The Connect to Care team at CareOregon is dedicated to meeting members where they are—literally. By being out in the community, team members are able to support individuals directly, whether that’s at health fairs, shelters or community events.
This team helps members who are eligible for OHP benefits navigate their health care benefits, find providers, make appointments and understand the resources available to them. From answering questions to simply being a listening ear, the Connect to Care team brings CareOregon’s mission to life, making health care accessible for everyone they meet.
