Karl Berry has been a cherished part of CareOregon for nearly 23 years. When asked why he’s stayed so long, Karl's answer is simple: It’s the people and the mission that make CareOregon feel like home. Karl vividly recalls being at work and finding out that his father had passed away. Immediately, his fellow CareOregonians rallied around him, providing comfort and a shoulder to lean on.
