Echo Lin, a Senior Finance Reporting Specialist, has been with CareOregon since 2001. Over the years, she has seen the company grow from a small team to the larger organization it is today. Echo credits the relationships she has built with her colleagues and the supportive work environment as reasons she has remained with the company for more than two decades.
Looking back on her time at CareOregon, Echo recalls fond memories of company events and celebrations, including a memorable zoo party where she and her team performed a dance. Through it all, Echo is grateful for the stability and sense of purpose she has found at CareOregon, calling it a place where co-workers help one another and truly care.
