Jean Dillon has been with CareOregon for 23 years, and she works from home like many of her co-workers. CareOregon has embraced remote and hybrid work in recent years, now allowing employees to work in nine states.
For Jean, Pharmacy Benefit Coordinator II, the work at CareOregon is more than just a job—it’s something meaningful and impactful that she said she’s proud to be a part of every day. And in her time here, she’s seen firsthand how her role helps ensure that members receive the health care they deserve.
