CareOregon’s Connect to Care team lives up to its name. Our team helps connect the community to the health care system and answers member questions about CareOregon benefits.
When you go to a Connect to Care event in the Portland area, we’ll either answer your questions on the spot – in your preferred language – or connect you to someone who can.

What can Connect to Care help you with?
Answer questions about Medicaid and check your Oregon Health Plan (OHP) status
Refer you to assisters who can help you enroll in OHP
Make an appointment with your primary care provider (PCP)
Coordinate your medical, dental and mental health care and appointments
Update your address, phone number and other information
Order a replacement Member ID card
Connect you with trained staff who can provide special help
Arrange transportation to covered health care appointments
Connect you with additional resources you may need, such as housing, food and clothing
