Susan Westby has been a part of CareOregon for over 20 years, bringing dedication and expertise to her role as Claims Examiner III. For Susan, the work goes beyond processing claims, though—it’s about being part of a supportive community that values each team member's contributions.

Her role has allowed her to form meaningful connections, both with her coworkers and with the CareOregon mission of supporting members. The flexibility to work from home, combined with a caring atmosphere, has been a highlight for her, making CareOregon feel less like a workplace and more like a team.

"I feel appreciated here," Susan shares, "and that means more than anything. I’m proud to be part of something that truly makes a difference every day."
