Access our portal through OneHealthPort for 24/7 access to:
- Check detailed claim status.
- Review remittance advices.
- Submit and view authorizations on the detailed, line level.
- Check detailed eligibility and member information, including PCP assignment, other insurance and benefits.
- Create and print PCP rosters.
- Search and verify ICD-10, CPT, HCPC, revenue codes and modifiers.

Creating a OneHealthPort account
OneHealthPort's single sign-on offers healthcare professionals an easy and secure way to access the provider portals of major local health plans and hospitals, including CareOregon. If you don’t have a OneHealthPort account, please register your organization today. Visit the OneHealthPort site to register for an account.
Behavioral health CIM Portal
The CIM is used by Behavioral Health providers for dates of service prior to October, 1, 2023. For all dates of service after October 1, 2023, Behavioral Health providers should use the Connect Portal. If you are new using the Connect Portal, please check out our Provider Portal Tutorials page.
